The polls have closed, the results have been counted and our #LTSF Fast50 survey has unearthed a real talking point among the Forum attendees polled this morning. There are some real gaps showing in where organisations’ LMS’s are lacking key content needed to meet workforce training demands.
When we polled visitors to LTSF this morning the big three areas in which they felt they lacked quality content were Languages, Business Skills and Health and Safety – fundamental skills in any business looking to grow.
Not surprisingly, Compliance and Equality & Diversity were seen to be well catered for but, it seems that content providers are missing a trick by not catering for more specific skills which arguably are more valuable to an employee’s career.
